Summary
Treatment of immature female rats with pregnant mares' serum gonadotro-phin (PMS) increases the incidence and severity of kidney lesions produced by 5-hy-droxytryptophan. This influence of PMS on kidney lesions is associated with ovarian response to gonadotrophic hormones.
