Summary
The enhanced toxicity of damphetamine in aggregated and in hyperthyroid mice is accompanied by similar changes in tissue electrolyte concentrations. These changes include an increase in the sodium and a decrease in the potassium contents of liver and kidney and a decrease in the sodium and an increase in the potassium concentrations in the plasma.
