Summary
1. Human volunteers immunized with human γG-immunoglobulins emulsified in Freund's complete adjuvant have responded by producing non-precipitating iso-antibodies to γG-immunoglobulins. 2. These iso-antibodies, uniquely specific against Gm and Inv. antigens, were demonstrated by sensitive hemagglutination methods. 3. During 2 years observation of 7 volunteers, no evidence of immunologic disease was discerned. 4. Local reactions were such as to deter use of Freund's complete adjuvant in human immunization.
