Summary
The nonsteroidel clomiphene was shown to have inherent estrogenic stimulating potency on alkaline phosphatase and uterine weight gain in mice. It was also shown to inhibit the increases in enzyme activities and uterine weight stimulated with estradiol dipropionate.
