Summary
Anti-rat-lymphocyte serum suppressed significantly delayed skin reaction to bovine serum albumin in sensitized rats. Peripheral lymphocyte count remained lower than normal as long as 30 days in some animals receiving daily injection of anti-lymphocyte serum, but it characteristically showed a similar fluctuation pattern with a rise on the 5th and 10th days in each animal.
