Summary
Reserpine increased hepatic glycogen in normal, hypothyroid, and adrenodemedullated rats but not in adrenalectomized or hypophysectomized rats. The elevation in plasma free fatty acids in fasted rats was impaired in reserpinized rats without adrenal medullas.
