Abstract
Summary
Human antisera against isologous blood groups have been combined with fluorescent chemicals and used in the study of red cell-antiserum reactions. The decrease in fluorescence of the antiserum measured after addition of red cells is used as an indication of the amount of antibody combining with the cells. By this technic, cells have been differentiated by ABO group, subgroup and Rh type.
