Abstract
Summary
The response of the renal vasculature to various intra-arterially administered drugs was determined in rats with nephrotoxic serum nephrosis and amino-nucleoside nephrosis. Norepinephrine, angiotensin, vasopressin, tyramine, methacholine and bradykinin caused similar effects in control and nephrotic groups. Renal vascular resistance was also unaffected by the disease.
