Summary

1. The effect of single dose of dinitrophenol, arsenate, and dietary magnesium deficiency on incorporation of inorganic P into mitochondrial ATP of the liver of rat was studied. 2. A statistically significant decrease occurred in the incorporation of P₁ ³² into mitochondial ATP and total phospholipids.
