Summary

Albumin-I¹³¹ was injected intravenously into mice. Eight hours later the skin was removed and assayed for bound I¹³¹. In animals treated with 5 μg of estradiol dipropionate daily for 5 days, a significant increase in bound I¹³¹ was observed. This effect was not found in testosterone- or cortisone-treated mice.
