Abstract
Summary
Two purinethiol nucleosides, α-2′-deoxythioguanosine and arabinosyl-6-mercaptopurine, suppress the homograft response in mice without producing host toxicity. Graft survivals were increased at dosage levels that, in the latter case, produced little or no inhibition of the induction of humoral antibodies.
