Summary
Administration of chlorothiazide to rats decreases the glucokinase and DHA-kinase activities of their liver homogenates but does not diminish liver hexokinase activity. Addition of chlorothiazide directly to the assay system has no effect on glucokinase or DHA-kinase activity.
