Summary
Radioactive PE and PETN were administered orally to mice and their fate was followed by scintillation spectrome-try, thin layer chromatography and radio-scanning. PE was absorbed rapidly and excreted unchanged whereas PETN was absorbed slowly and excreted as PE.
