Summary
Electron microscopy of bone marrow revealed cytoplasmic particles within neoplastic plasma cells from 2 additional patients with multiple myeloma and increased Beta globulin in their serum. Although a definite identification cannot be made, the ultra-structure of these particles in general is consistent with some known viruses.
