Summary
The luteal response to FSH-NIH-S1 and S2 in ovarian isografts in male mice indicates that they have equal LH activity and that this is equivalent to 12% of that of LH-NIH-B1. The response was unchanged by pentobarbital or atropine administration and occurred in androgenized females.
