Abstract
Summary
Large amounts of human eryth-rocytes injected in newborn rabbits failed to induce immunological tolerance. Newborn rabbits immunized with a large dose of antigen produced a persistent anamnestic response in 19S Ab (immunological memory). In contrast, newborn animals immunized with a small dose of antigen produced a 7S anamnestic response only.
