Abstract
Summary
An immune fluid was obtained from an A2G mouse which had recovered from Ehrlich ascites tumor after viral oncolysis. This fluid precipitated in gel-diffusion assays with aqueous extracts from 3 unspe-cific tumors and from organs of mice belonging to several inbred strains, but not with similar extracts from other strains. The antigen involved has been provisionally called ∊-24.
We thank Drs. D. B. Amos, T. S. Hauschka, H. Koprowski, G. D. Snell, C. A. Stetson and K. Sugiura for advice and for help with mice and tumors.
