Abstract
Summary
Measurements of renal function in patients with diffuse renal disease by clearance techniques did not correlate quantitatively with measurements derived from an external monitoring technique using I131-iodohippurate. Simple inspection of the curves obtained by monitoring over the renal areas grossly correlated with renal clearance studies.
We wish to express our appreciation to Dr. William Kiser for his cooperation in these studies.
