Summary
The growth-stimulating effect of testosterone on the seminal vesicle of the castrated rat is inhibited by 5-fluorouracil. The extent of this inhibition diminishes with increase of either hormone dosage or duration of treatment, and may be overcome completely by appropriate amounts of hormone at all tolerated levels of administration.
