Summary
Three anionic and two cationic isozymes with GOT activity were found in serum from human subjects, and their relative concentrations determined. A specific and quantitative method involving zone electrophoresis in starch gel of serum concentrated against PVP, elution of GOT from the gel, and determination of GOT activity by photometric means is described.
