Summary
The polysaccharide moiety of Past, multocida cell-wall antigen has been purified by precipitation with acetone and ethanol, ultracentrifugation, acid treatment and paper electrophoresis. The polysaccharide contains glucose, glucosamine and aldohep-tose, which incorporated C14 after incubation of the bacteria with glucose-U-C14.
