Summary

In the donor/recipient mouse strain combination C57B1→A, 5–15 × 10⁶ neonatal thymus cells cause a G.V.H. reaction in 86% of newborn recipients. This does not differ significantly from the incidence obtained with adult thymus cells in the same dose range.
