Summary

The aldosterone-stimulating and 17-hydroxycorticoid-stimulating activity, as well as the pressor activity, of both hog and dog renin were inhibited when prior to injection into nephrectomized hypophysectomized assay dogs, the renin preparations were incubated with the plasma of dogs immunized with hog renin. Incubation with normal dog plasma had no effect on their activity.
