Abstract
Summary
The antifibrinolytic activity (assayed against urokinase) of the trypsin inhibitor (mingin) isolated from human urine is greatly potentiated by ∊-aminocaproic acid. Potentiation of inhibition occurs even at concentrations of EACA where normally the fibrinolytic activity of urokinase is enhanced.
