Abstract
Summary
The supernatant of a tissue culture infected with polyoma virus was submitted to zone electrophoresis in a density gradient of sucrose. A maximum of hemagglutination, tumor induction and tissue culture activity has been found in the same electrophoretic fraction. This supports the conclusion that the 3 biologic attributes of polyoma virus can be correlated with particles of the same electrophoretic mobility.
