Summary

The complex between sensitized sheep erythrocytes and human C'1, EA-huC'₁ dissociated spontaneously at 22°C or 0°C. The dissociation was reversed by raising the temperature to 37°C. C'1 activity was recovered from 0°C eluates of EA-huC'₁.
