Summary
Estriol sulfate and estriol glucosiduronate present in aqueous solutions, urine or in deproteinized cord blood plasma dialyze through a cellulose membrane. Reverse dialysis of estriol sulfate or glucosiduronate from urine, protein free plasma, or aqueous solutions against human serum albumin Fraction V was accomplished readily.
