Summary
1) Chronic epileptic monkeys (alumina cream) showed greater susceptibility than normal or non-epileptic brain-operated monkeys to the early convulsant effects of hydroxylamine. 2) Rats made epileptic (intracerebral cobalt) showed a similar increased susceptibility to hydroxylamine compared to unoperated controls.
