Abstract
Summary
1. Administration of pilocarpine increases the rate of entry of P32 into submaxillary glands of rats by approximately 20% but does not appear to have any additional effect on the rate of incorporation of P32 into creatine phosphate or adenosine phosphates. 2. Pilocarpine administration does not alter the concentrations of creatine phosphate or adenosine phosphates in rat submaxillary glands.
