Summary
An anti-androgen assay, using the testosterone stimulated castrated mouse is described. This method, which employs the end-points of weight of the seminal vesicle and the prostate, is reasonably reproducible, convenient, and possesses a better sensitivity than is obtained by using the castrated rat.
