Summary

Dehydroepiandrosterone-C¹⁴ has been isolated in spermatic vein blood of anesthetized dogs infused with cholesterol-4-C¹⁴ by the spermatic artery. It is considered that this finding lends additional support to the view that dehydroepiandrosterone is an intermediate in the biosynthesis of testicular androgens.
