Summary
Under favorable experimental conditions Sa 1 is completely sensitive to cytotoxic isoantibody in vitro. Similar results may also be obtained with small inocula of Sa 1 in vivo. In view of these results, it no longer seems possible to retain the past distinctions based on differences in isoantibody sensitivity between tumors of different origins.
