Summary
1. A device for continuously monitoring and regulating the carbon dioxide content of cell culture incubators is presented. 2. CO2 concentration is determined by measuring the pH of a bicarbonate solution which is continuously equilibrated with gas samples drawn from the incubator. 3. Installation and operation of the device in a practical cell culture incubator is described.
