Summary
Subcutaneous injection of 100 μg of 7,12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene in 0.05 ml trin-caprylin in newborn AKR mice considerably shortened the latent period of malignant lymphomas. All malignant lymphomas observed in the treated group before the time of appearance of the first lymphoma in the controls were of the stem-cell type.
