Abstract
Summary
Tissue culture cells infected with various enteroviruses show specific immunofluorescence when stained directly with conjugated fractionated antiserum. The indirect method of fluorescent antibody determination is an even more satisfactory diagnostic technic since it makes possible the detection and titration of enterovirus antibodies actively acquired following clinical or subclinical infection or from vaccination.
