Summary
Neither injected sodium polydrolysis to fatty acids, which in turn are rapidly oxidized. When tritiated PES was given to dogs and rats, only a fraction of the dose was found in the urine. In rats about 50% was excreted in the urine and the remainder could be accounted for in various tissues; liver and skeletal muscle contained the most.
