Summary
Radiographs made of the long bones, joints and necks of pullets raised on varying levels of zinc supplementation show graphically how zinc availability affects the level of calcium deposition. These comparisons demonstrate the advantages of the roentgenographic method for portraying skeletal differences in poultry studies.
