Abstract
Summary
The range of toxicity of Co and Ni to Corcyra larvae has been determined. It has been shown that under conditions wherein excess Co, Ni and Zn produce severe inhibition of growth in these larvae, supplementation with Fe uniformly restores growth to normal in all 3 metal toxicities and that Mg is effective only in Co and Ni toxicities. The significance of these results in relation to metal interrelationships in Corcyra larvae has been discussed.
