Summary
The comparative reactivities of the non-fibrous and fibrous forms of desoxy-ribonucleoprotein were studied in the complement fixation test with LE sera. On the basis of “antigen” dilution experiments the non-fibrous DNP was shown to be between 10 and 100 times more reactive than fibrous DNP.
