Abstract
Summary
Injection of both male and female rabbits with homologous milk or casein in adjuvant resulted in formation of homologous anti-milk antibody demonstrated by hemagglutinin and precipitin technics. Injection of female rabbits with autologous milk did not result in formation of antibody to autologous milk. “Auto-allergic” breast lesions did not occur during lactation in females injected with either homologous or autologous milk.
