Summary
CCI4 treatment was found to increase both lethal and hypothermic potency of thioridazine. The dose of CCI4 employed produced liver damage but no kidney damage. A method is described for determining thioridazine in tissues. Whole body concentrations of this phenothiazine were found to be significantly higher in mice treated with CCI4.
