Summary
Disturbances caused by interaction of reaginic sera of ragweed sensitive patients and its specific antigen are observed during free boundary migrations. Their respective changes of composition and mobilities of fractions are calculated and studied. Alteration of beta and, to a lesser extent, gamma globulin occur at optimum concentrations of ragweed contaminated buffer.
