Summary
Grafting of a normal kidney without interruption of renal circulation onto a nephrectomized rat during hemorrhagic hypotension causes a prompt return of blood pressure to near normal levels demonstrating that humoral renal mechanisms play a role in homeostatic regulation of blood pressure.
