Summary
Immune elimination of antigen using very small amounts of antigen and antibody occurs in characteristic fashion in rabbits, guinea pigs and mice and may be used as an additional sensitive method for demonstration of small amounts of antibody against serum protein antigens. Consideration of these findings in regard to the hypothesis of natural antibodies is discussed.
