Abstract
Summary
The mydriatic half-life in mice of SKF 5515, a new tertiary ammonium anticholinergic drug, was independent of dose and route within the limits of experimental error. The apparent half-life of the methobromide quaternary derivative was dependent upon log dose and route, possibly as a result of decreased rate of penetration of membrane barriers by the charged ion.
