Summary
Clearance of triglyceride from plasma during alimentary lipemia was not significantly influenced by intravenous injection of heparin. Injection of heparin in lipemic subjects caused a small rise in NEFA concentration of plasma, but quantity of triglyceride hydrolysed was insignificant in relation to its large turnover rate.
