Summary
Subcutaneous absorption of ure-thane and of dimethyl-p-phenylenediamine was augmented by insulin, as evidenced by acceleration of anesthesia and convulsions caused by these substances, respectively. Insulin also promoted absorption rate of intra-dermally injected physiologic saline.
