Summary
Administration of hypoglycin A (cyclopropanepropionic acid, α-amino-2-methylene) to adrenalectomized male rats reduced the degree of hydrocortisone-induced liver glycogen deposition and hyperglycemia, without altering either urinary glucose or nitrogen excretion.
