Summary
A method is described for obtaining higher yields of fibrinolytic material (Aspergillin O) from cultures of Aspergillus oryzae (B-1273) by addition of trace minerals (zinc, iron and manganese) to the liquid medium, incubated at room temperature and in darkness.
