Summary
1) Positive binding of fluorescent antimyosin solution to myofibrils of the Purkinje cell demonstrates presence of myosin in myofibrils of the conduction bundle of beef heart. 2) Antibody to myosin whether prepared from skeletal muscle or heart tissue is capable of binding heart muscle antigen.
